Nature's Remedies for Stress and Fatigue

My latest book is soon to be released!

Did you know that 17-24 million people worldwide suffer from chronic fatigue? Unfortunately, there is no definitive diagnostic test or treatment programme to help these people, and I wanted to share my experience of over 25 years to try to help as many people as possible.

Many of you found my book Stress, Burnout and Fatigue, to be very helpful, but I wanted this one to be updated and even better. In Nature’s Remedies for Stress and Fatigue, I examine in detail how stress can make us vulnerable to developing ongoing and debilitating fatigue. I cite numerous scientific studies to underpin how normal everyday, but relentless stress, can weaken our immune response to severe viral infections, sometimes leading to post viral fatigue, or Long Covid.

This book is packed with foods, medical herbs, and self-help tips to help the reader get back on their feet. I also look more broadly at the central issue of living more sustainably within our own lives, so that we can enjoy a long and fulfilling life and keep on doing what we love to do. After all, that is why we are born on this planet – to enjoy this life that we have been gifted.
