An old Victorian bathtime recipe, which remains a favourite of mine, and of anyone who has ever used it. These bath salts warm us when we are stiff with cold, and open the airways, helping to relieve nasal congestion. The sulphur in the mustard draws out body toxins and the magnesium opens the pores to release cellular toxins, whilst at the same time relaxing screwed up muscles.
